Winter Jason Van Dyke

Mr. Van Dyke has been general counsel for White, Jacobs & Associates since its inception.  A native of Troy, Michigan, he graduated from Lutheran High School Northwest in Rochester Hills, MI in 1998, earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Dallas in 2003, and obtained his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2003.  Mr. Van Dyke was first admitted to the Texas bar in 2007 and now lives in Crossroads, Texas.

During his practice, Mr. Van Dyke has served as general counsel for a number of financial service companies and collection agencies.  He has acted as lead counsel in both civil and criminal jury trials throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex and practices in the areas of commercial litigation and criminal defense.  His firm, The Van Dyke Law Firm P.L.L.C is accredited by the Better Business Bureau and he is a member of the Commercial Law League of America.

Rick Gregory brings a rich resume of experience and expertise to White Jacobs & Associates growing family.

In addition to his Senior Business Development Manager and Senior Credit Analyst duties here at WJ&A, he also works on “special projects” with and under the supervision of our General Counsel, Jason Van Dyke. Gregory obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City  University School of Law.

Prior to joining our corporate family, Rick was the International Franchise Manager for Gold’s Gym, Inc. and the Compliance Officer for Viscern Inc.’s holding company and all subsidiary companies. Before he gave up his bar membership to pursue a business career, Rick practiced law as a solo practitioner for a number of years. During that time period, Mr. Gregory is well known for his settlement of a pre-class action lawsuit, in Thurman Chance v. Town of Valley Brook. In that case, for the first time in U.S. history, a municipality was forced to remove all motor vehicle related convictions for a three year time period from the driving records of over 8,000 people.

From his college days where Rick was selected as the Student Body President to today, some honors and recognitions he has received include the following: Marquis Who’s Who of American Law, Marquis Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders of America, Marquis Who’s Who In The South and Southwest, Outstanding Young Men of America and Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges.
